Returns & Replacements
If you're not completely satisfied with an item and it is unused and unopened, you may return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Please could us via email within 14 days of receiving you items. Please mark Return in subject field. We aim to respond to all requests within 24 hours, unless on bank or other public holidays.
Please note that we are not able to accept returns for the following unless they are damaged or faulty:
- Perishable items
- Unsealed items with a protective seal due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Once you have contacted us and have been given a authorisation code. You can send your items to:

Unfortunately, we're unable to cover the costs of returning your items and cannot be liable for any damages incurred during transit. Please make sure that they are properly secured and packaged and we do recommend sending all returns via a recorded delivery service.
Once you've cancelled the contract, you have a legal 'duty of care' to keep the items in a good condition. We are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss of revenue in the value of goods supplied which can upto or 100%, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you.
Please do not send your items without a authorisation code.
We aim to process your refund within 24 hours on receiving the products. It can take upto 30 days to receive your refund via the method you made payment with.
